Working JMV and Catalina skins: How???

As you might already know, I've been trying forever to get both JMV's skins and Catalina's new skins to work and every single time I try, I get errors like these:
- The English flag not showing up at ships with an English design
- Malcolm Hatcher suddenly not looking like he used to
- New characters refusing to use their proper portrait (even though they ARE registered), but using the red animist portrait instead

If someone else would be able to create the files nescessary for getting them both to work, please do so, since I seem to be failing every single time. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

Just installing JMV's skinpack with the Build 12 code already messes up the way Malcolm Hatcher looks. I don't know what else it also messes up. Apparently, there's somehow something wrong with the JMV Build 12 code... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />

malcolm's model also changed when I installed JMV's skinpack on build 11

That's _weird_.
Regarding Malcom. Yeah, for some reason JMV switched his model.
it's in TempQuestCharacters.c
Normally model is bocman3, now it's corsair1_2.
Change it back to bocman3 if you want the old Malcolm back.

Regarding the other problems: I haven't tried Cat's pack yet, so I dunno. But I will be trying it very soon. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

edit: but I just recently fixed the Malcolm one.
