Would someone interpret, please?

I'm getting crashes every time I try to use potions (enter-use item-crash). Error file is as follows:

Using reference variable without initializing

I assume this has something to do with the potions being missing/broken, but, being ignorant of the technical stuff, am unsure what to do to fix it.

This is definatly confirmed and to bypass it you need to hit the key "c" to use a potion and DONT access the quick menu at all (we dont know how to fix it though )

Does it ALWAYS crash that way or just sometimes?
I'm pretty sure it was working for me occasionally.
I have had it crash on me too though.

I find it works and then as soon as you get the first crash it is completely stuffed

i was under the assumption it got fixed in the patch, since it stopped crashing for me. guess it's just a matter of time then.
