no good ships?

hi im level 25 in this game have a navigational officer whose skill is 83 yet no shipyards have any good ships the highest ship ive seen is a galleon class 3 was wondering if the good ships come later or do you have to capture them?

I've seen couple of times Frigates and once Ship of Line (or Warship) but it is not hard to capture them. As far as I know Man-O-Wars can only be captured.

ships are meant to be captured,not meant for bought, i guess. i've done more than 10 industrial espionage for the same shipyard, sold >50 ships to him and i still cant buy anything above caravel. Of course, when i sold him the manowar, the ship is there but when i left port and come back its gone.

however u could modify something in scripts/shipsutilities.c to make any ships u want available in the shipyard.
