What to do with the lamp?(Ascold Quest)

Umm, im stuck on the ascold quest. What do i do after keeping the lamp? Asked the guy in the shipyard and told me to give it to a priest. But that only gave a rep boost and no +stats. Anyone who completed this please help

There are tools in one of the capitals shipyward. They seems to be random so go to all the 4 capitals and ask the shipyard guy in each of them. Someone will tell there are tools on the table so serve yourselves.

Hmmm... I knew they appear random but thought only in the nation capitals
