Lots of Questions about the game

Hey I just bought this game, preowned because I enjoyed PoTC. I have some questions though.

Where is Fort Orange? I am at Jamaica but there is only Fort Royal, I sailed around and I couldn't find it.

Where is Belize?

Where is Puerto Principe?

I bought the old map, in-game but it doesn't have the names of cities. Is there a map where I can see ports?

Can you cancell a passenger quest?

Thanks

See post 11 of this topic for a good map. Even if you don't install it as a mod you can use it to find things.

Later on in game there will be a "regular map" that will replace the "old map". It shows ports.

Fort Orange is on the opposite (West) side of Jamaica from Port Royale.

If you sail to the West more from Fort Orange there is Belize on the mainland.

Puerto Principe is on the North edge of Cuba.

The map link I gave above not only shows ports but other key locations.

As for the passenger quest, not sure... never tried. Your passanger is likely in your cargo hold so go talk to him. Maybe you can let him off somewhere close, or throw him overboard or something. :)

Wow thank you, that is very helpful. Especialy the map. Thanks for the reply

For passenger missions, everytime you are over the delay granted to complete it, you will go through a little scene showing your passenger and you having a discussion giving you several options, one is to keep the mission for a decreased fee and one of the others is I think to put an end to the mission. Not sure about that last one though.

I found Belize with the help of the map, but thanks for that.

I still wonder why someone who "bought" the game don't look at the map which came with the game :gday
As for the passanger I think you can sell him in slavery too.

I didn't get a map, I just got the cd. I didn't even get a manual I had to look for one online. I thought the game didn't have either of them. And yeah I bought the game, I hate pirates(internet) and I do not condone piracy.

I find those who are willing to buy the game are fine its those who decide they would rather not do it, i had the sims 3 but i later on bourght a copy for myself and my partner, sometimes i test the games out but thats all, i admit my copy of COAS is not legit but as soon as its released i will buy a copy but as of yet there is no release date for England, all of my games are legit or will be once COAS is released.
And thats the reason i don't have either a manual or a map, but thats ok i will have soon enough.:D
