Bartolomeu side quest

I go to the Cayman Tavern, meet Bart, agree to help and sail to Bahia de San Antonio, moor, and when I hit the return key, the only choice I have is to go back to sea. I think this means this quest is broken.

I had the same issue in version 2.1.

Is there a fix somewhere I missed?

I am playing beta 2.2 and had no problem with Bart O Port. When we landed at that huge beach we chatted and then were immediately attacked by Spanish soldiers.

It won't let me get to the beach.
