The Governor appears to be based in Quebec and has his original website here:

Alas, it's in French and I can't do much with French.

Me and @Purpure Longstride would quite like to know how and where to sign up.

Edit: At the bottom is some sort of email form, the thing about Envoyer and such. I'll send an English-language email first.

Apparently everyone is welcome and they don't really have an official record of membership, nor clear communication lines.
Also no word on updating that map...
I see some room for improvement there in our future.

Is PiratesAhoy! really the only big group with a membership database and communication platforms??
