    Proccess Explorer has a option to turn off the second core(not run it off POWER DOWN <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> jsut tell the proccess to use only one core).

    Looksl ike a corrupted file, try reinstalling. BTW i think the catalyst drivers don't support Radeon9250(since i recently downloaded drivers for the same card for a friend of mine, and it was not supported anymore).
