    The 2 new sails don't replace others. The new sails are not in the Napoleonic folder, because they have nothing like the loading screens that make them Napoleonic. The sails are: sail_whole_white_pirate21.tga.tx sail_torn_white_pirate15.tga.tx sail_whole_white_plain.tga.tx

    When you open up a plain sail and then add a load of things, you can only save as PSD, you can maybe open it up after saving and then save in another format.
