Pirates <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hi.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":gday" border="0" alt="hi.gif" /> . Today is a nice day for me so <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" /> .

I had a lot of work at the office (reviewing docs concerning IS Management Policy and Procedures and lows <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bookish.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="bookish.gif" /> ), but now I finished and I am trying to catch up with PotC <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> .

Since I played a lot with Build 12 and new mods, I decided to wait for the update Buil12.2 and I have made an installation of the latest version of the A&M Addon (1.05.0125) and I am using the translated files I found at the ftp server. Now I have a big question and I plead for the satisfaction of a big request.

<b>Question:</b> Which files sould be translated? I see all *.h files (except 4) in PotCProgramDialogs that they are in english (but I don't see any thing in english only that is affected by the files from ftp server). I can't find the dialogs for the `bar-tenders` or the shipyard owners, etc. Can somebody give an explanation of what should do and how things are working ?

<b>Request:</b> If I understood well from what I red in the 13 pages of the respective topic (A&M `Add-on` (from ALexusB)) and from a topic emrep posted in <a href="http://kerk.ru/forum/index.php" target="_blank">http://kerk.ru/forum/index.php</a>?, there are additional files that have been translated. <i>Is it possible to post them at the ftp server? Please !!!</i>

The files in Addon_A&M folder on PA ftp server are for version x.0122 of A&M.
That means that some texts may be missed in game. These are the only files (Resource folder) which have effect in game now.
The files in Program folder are from your plain install of PotC and they have no effect, because A&M uses dll files.
ALexusB said, that he will do an english version, when all files are translated from russian.
But it seems a long way to go. For now their is translation in progress for 59 `h-files`, but their have to be more then 200 files further.

Thanks emrep

Da & Niet are all the russian words I know so I can not help. What I could do, if you think that this is going to be of any use, is to have some files and make a first "translation" using Babelfish. I wiil find the time to do that.

Hm, the Resource texts have to be updated to current version. You can try to translate the new things, that would be nice. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />
Look if the babelfish translation makes sense and if not let it in russian.
For common.ini for example that means new lines with <i>string = <b>stringname</b>,"stringcontent"</i> where a new stringname appears have to be added to the translated file and stringcontent have to be translated. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bookish.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="bookish.gif" />
And best is, you can use the files if you plan to play the current version of A&M. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />
