A Noobish question

Every thime i try to download the build-mod it tells me that im trying to acsess a restricted domain
And im logged in

Try going to the main PA! site and download the full installer instead. See if that works. Be sure to check the installation path to mention the actual path (it seems like I forgot to change it into Bethesda <i>Softworks</i>). And if you have any other PotC version than the American one, also run the RunMe.bat in the PotC folder after installing the Build. Hope this helps.

Are you trying to download the Build from <a href="http://www.piratesahoy.net/component/option,com_docman/task,cat_view/gid,59/Itemid,46/lang,/" target="_blank">HERE</a>? If yes, which one? Yes the ubisoft relese does that mean my game is english then because i has identical files inside and outside the english folders

what set of files do i use?

For the stock version the ones in the English folder. For the build the other set (I believe).

It doesn't really matter what version you have. If you install the full installer on top of your PotC installation and run the RunMe.bat file, you're safe. Should work on all versions. Only on the AMerican version, yuo don't need to run the .bat file. But it doesn't hurt to run it either, so...

Right i now have build online installer

BUT when i go to install it about half way through it loses connection to the server

Hmm. That's weird. Could you get the full installation file and after installing that, run the RunMe,bat file?

how do i fix the black screen

after you load a new game it opens up black

(the F1 and F2 keys go into the menu but it just doesent do nothing)

and i read the post by werman in the bugs forum but the full download never works for me i unzip it to my pirates of the carribean directory but when i try to turn run it I dont have no buttons on the menus main or F2 and no actual loading screen or i just get a abnormal program termination
