Administrator Problem

I've just installed Age of Pirates 2: City of Abandoned Ships. Now when I run the installed game for the first time it says The Drivers Require Installation With An Administrators Account. So I right click > Run as Administrator, but then it says Insufficient Privileges, you must be an Administrator when you run this application for the first time.

Can someone help me out please?
