alright, whats the most stable mod?

well, only the amount you need (or just really much if you don't know the precise amount. best sell most of your other stuff just be sure to have enough. they tend to fill up your entire hold with the good once you take the mission) of the good the guy asked for. that should work.

Vista sucks! vista is not stable yet, so som game's i play can't be played on vista... so i have to install a lot of stuff and run as XP service pack .... but some games dosen't work at all <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blah:" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> Batle field 2 dosen't work... i know it's a popular game, so when they change to vista i can only smile and say "Busted" <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

I am thinking of change it back to XP <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
 
tbexon, what do you mean by "most secure"? The game nor the Build has anything to do with security issues. Turning off "User Account Control" will decrease your security somewhat, but I was REALLY glad when I found out how to remove that security, because it kept asking me "are you sure" for every stupid little thing, including running a sailing simulator. It was really driving me nuts! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wacko:" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" />
 
Oh Ja, forgot - when you go up in rank (nifty feature!) it says you are given so much land. Is there then any area in particular that is actually yours? Keeps saying my estates are giving me 5 gold and such, but where are they :S

Also, is there an exit from Greenford to the Jungle towards Oxbay? I'm lost amongst the new stuff.
 
they're somewhere in europe. i think i owned the whole of belgium once in acres.

yes. just take the right road, seen from the city gates after you've entered the town from port. if you're in a location which wasn't in greenford before, take the road that isn't near a wooden stockade. i think there's another road somewhere around there, but i don't know where that goes, or if it goes anywhere at all. anyway, take the road opposite the one with the stockade to go back to the original greenford section.

The land you own is just a number; you can't actually visit it. Would be nice to eventually have some land being actually yours or buying a house of your own or something, but it hasn't yet been modded.

just another thing, in the readme it says:

"DirectSail not working properly (must enter ship via Ship Move interface).
If you enter from the end of the dock (F3, spacebar or OPEN), DirectSail
does not work. It appears that when you enter from the dock, some of the
if-then checks show you as "below decks" and abort DirectSail."

what exactly is ship move interface?
 
Which game version is that? Alpha 7? I don't recall putting that in Alpha 6. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
