any way to delete quests?

ok well there is this quest that must've been added from the build. it is when you are washed up on the island, and you go to the quebredas costillas whatever, and there is this guy offering you to be on his boat, but i refused then this guy walks into the tavern and sais you can have this `so-and`-so boat if you kill this man on isla muell. so yea when i get to isla muell my crew and boat are there, but i searched every house, every person walking, and this guy is absolutely nowhere. the tavern owner doesnt know, no one knows. so im thinking the guy doesnt exist, so im fed up with this quest and i just wanna get it off my quest book page, cause it looks annoying in there, is there a way to edit the files to rid of quests? OR! someone could tell me where this freaking guy is thankyou

well ... its a part of the main quest.

BUT .... NOBODY i ever talked to .... could get this assasin job done
and theres several wayz to get the quest "find Danielle" done

BTW. its Dowesen you get stranded on .....

Right, I think it's something a modder might look into at some point to see if it can be fixed... After seeing what is "hidden" in some of this code, I've often wondered about that part myself...

I wonder if it *can* be fixed... Maybe it needs a modder to COMPLETE it...

well .... some time ago .... I did read all characters files and quest files and the dialog files through .... and in those dialogs theres complete dialog with "Sidonio Ogarrio" ..... but I newer found a single clue to fix it ......
