AOP character models

I wan´t to add some character models from AOP. Tried to copy the way Beatrice & Devlin are imported (by maximus I think) in initModels.

No success at all. The models seem obvious enough to lack fitting animations. Getting octopus arms. What has to be done? I don´t know anything about this!

they have another animation, and that needs to be bound to them in initmodels. The POTC have man.an or woman.an devlin and beatrice use new_man.an and new_woman.an

Yes, I tried with new_woman. That other animation of those is it something I can grab in AOP or....?

You probably also have to add:
<i>model.status = "C_III";</i>
Does it work after doing that? Reinit or new game required, of course.

No it wasn´t that. Also tried with animations from AOP called "towngirl". It´s something I´m missing....
