AOP or Swashbucklers?

AOP absolutley, im one of those really into the golden age of piracy, and the age of sail, no late 18th or 19th century ships can compare to those of the 17th and early 18th century, i mean those were ships. not to mention the flintlocks and swords, highly decorated quite often. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/duel_pa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ixi" border="0" alt="duel_pa.gif" />

I concur with you regarding the other Akella "pirate" games - they are not as good-looking as AoP - and they're console anyhow. AOP by a long shot for me, like DP <i>(hey DP long time no see <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="me.gif" />)</i> im not to fond on having to follow a storyline, Ill probably get Captain Blood as it looks like it could be fun but I have not been won over by Swushbucklers yet.... thought i dont think they are targeting the Pirate scene with it anyway.....i think
