Yer CS2 ive used PS since i was 12 and as im know 15 ive used it for about 3 years <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> im also making one of the houses in oxbay Hawks house :p

and i only find skins hard as you have to think about it 3 dimesioanly

i might right a tutorial on it this week or maybee even today Plus its all stock photo shop stuff

I also added a portrait update.

I'm looking forward to reading your tutorial, thanks for attempting to create one. A lot of people, I think would like to know how to change the textures on their models, but are not necessarily certain of how to get started. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bookish.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="bookish.gif" />

Whether you think it is not that difficult, I've not been able to get results that look as good as yours. That's some really sharp looking texture work. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="me.gif" />
 
cool now that i downloaded it, how do i get it into the game? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
 
you click on the file and copy it then go my computer> Program files > Besthada Softworks > pirates of the carribean > resources >textures>characters and paste it in there then when it says overwrite click yes <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
 
Can you please upload the portrait files as well?
I really like your skin a lot. Only the piercings seem rather out of place. Could you make a version with those removed?
 
A while ago I wanted to make a new more realistic spanish soldier, 17th century period, I was going to use the ones in the movie "Pirates" by Roman Polanski, but since I suck in photoshop I guess I will wait for your tutorial.

To Gushy: Can you please put all three portraits and the character texture file on the FTP for the version without the piercings? I do have the 256x256 piercing-less portrait file, but not the other two, nor the piercing-less skin itself... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
 
Sure ill work on them all once ive reinstalled POTC (dogey install lastime) as ill upload em into a folder named Guhsy.

BTW are you using this in Game ? if soo WOW its a succses
 
I'm not using it ingame (yet). I am VERY busy at the moment catching up with all that has happened during last week when I was on holiday. I'll try to add your reskin to the tailor shops though, so anyone who wants to can buy it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />
