I ran into the next problem, but this time I found the solution before asking for help.
When you get a treasure map, which leads you to the dungeon of Tortuga, who might run into a bug.
When you enter from the town side and exit there too, you might get stuck. You can try to move, but you are just running without moving. Also, the dungeon became locked. You are forced to reload to before.
This is because some bandits have spawned on Fish Eye Beach. So you have to go to the beach first, kill the bandits and then you can continue.
Or just land at Fish Eye Beach to start with, walk around the rocks to your left, enter the dungeon, find the treasure and exit to Fish Eye Beach. This should work as well, unless some bandits spawn in town.
