So i did the whole Ascold questline up until opening the lamp. I can ask shipyards to open it and they tell me me to give it to a church. I looked into the debug menu and it says that tortuga is the shipyard which is supposed to open the lamp. The problem is that the Tortuga shipyard owner has no prompt for the lamp in conversation. There is an action by his table which uses the lamp but gives a bug message instead of teleporting. I have tried maxing reputation and changing relations to nations but no change. Im guessing this has something to do with that the tortuga shipyard has a different conversation that other shipyards and starts with saying "oh its you again..." Any ideas are appreciated.
