Build 12? A question or two..

I am going to start playing again, and need some answers about the `Build12-thingy`.

1. Is Build12 like a `Patch-update` that also removes bugs and fixes them? I couldn't find any official patch from Ubisoft or Bethesda.

2. This is installed upon the game, I don't need any previous versions or anything?

3. Does it work with the `European-version`?

4. I read about a Blacksmith, a new character (Fred?), some new quest, new sails you can buy and so one. Are these things integrated in the game? Like is there a Blacksmith in the game like the tavern is there? This questions goes for all the extra goodies in the Build12.

yes there is a blacksmith in build 12 he is located in Dowesen port he is the character from the official version (Will). there are also a lot of new weapons . You can play quests for all the countries (Enlgland,France ... ) you can buy new clothes , there are new ships and so on but you better start playing and discover it by yourself

<b>RaptiCon, </b>yes, B12 will remove quite a few known bugs or fix them. There is no official patch from either Ubisoft OR Bethesda, tho there was an official patch from Akella that only worked with the Russian version of the game. The modders that contributed to the Build incorporated the Akella patch into the Build so if you get the Build it will patch...

The Blacksmith looks like Nathaniel Hawk and can be found walking around in the port at Douwesen.
