Build 12 updates Help!

I have installed the build (12) from an old download. When I try to install the updates I get this message.

"A more recent version of this file exists on the server please rewdownload this file."

When I go to files at the froum and try to download the build I get this message:" The document is being edited/updated by an user and is unavailable at this moment." repeatedly over several days.

Tonight I went to the build announcement link, redownloaded the file tried to reinstall that version and got this message again: "A more recent version of this file exists on the server please rewdownload this file."

Help, I am loosing my mind? What I am doing wrong? Where do I go? (wait a minutie, where do I go to get the most recent version of the build to download?

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Have you tried the download from PA mainsite? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

I am not sure what you mean. I am trying to download form the files link on the PA home page. Should I be going someplace else?
