About the sounds: IncredibleHat once discovered something when messing with music files. If you add more music cases to music_alias.ini, eventually some sounds start disappearing from the game. Suggestion to Petros: Remove all sound-related files from your RESOURCE\INI\ALIASES folder, then add the files again from the Pre Build 13 files.

Just now got to try this. First I tried replacing individual files but it still didn't work.
Then I just trashed the entire contents of Aliases folder and replaced it with that of my very old pre b13 and ...
The sword sounds work, door knock as well.
Notebook still doesn't work <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
I'll maybe fuss with this some more, or perhaps reinstall everything all over again, but whatever caused this in the first place remains at large and it is not cool to have to keep a separate Aliases folder on hand for emergencies.
