I will have a lot to post here, but for now as we are talking about retextured places let me just say I had already included some of Thomas the terror retextured towns (Havana & Douwesen I think), althought not with the same method that was chosen for Build 14 (towns textures in subfolders, by nation), but still with trying to avoid files-cloning and extra weight. I don't think it is necessary to implement the new system in Build 13, as we'll have a limited amont of such retextured locations.
