Here it is.

New since the May update:
. @AkrimalS and @Jack Rackham have completed the translation and bug-fixing of "Woodes Rogers";
. @Jack Rackham has also added some new flags for your Personal use;
. It's been possible to FreePlay as Will Turner or Elizabeth Swann for some time, now you can play as Claire Larrouse too, but the main change is what happens if you do. All of these are the main characters in sidequests. If you play as Will Turner or Elizabeth Swann, the "Silver Train" quest will look a bit different, though it will still play almost the same; and if you play as Claire Larrouse, someone else will be sitting in San Juan tavern.
. Baldewyn Coffier is no longer permanently stuck beside a stall in St. Pierre town centre. In time, he gets his own patch in the port area, the original street trader gets his place back, and you get the chance to help Baldewyn regain the store which Arnaud Matton took from him. You're going to need to present a case to the governor, and you'd better have some evidence to back up what you say...
Edit: forgot to mention something. The upgrade to the "Baldewyn Coffier" quest includes a lot of new code and text for Joseph Claude le Moigne, governor of Martinique. So I also copied in the parts which are different in the "JackSparrow" storyline version. That version is now redundant. I can't delete it because my update is a simple zip file, so I simply duplicated "PROGRAM\DIALOGS\Joseph Claude Le Moigne_dialog.c" and "PROGRAM\DIALOGS\ENGLISH\Joseph Claude Le Moigne_dialog.h" into "PROGRAM\Storyline\JackSparrow\dialogs". @Mirsaneli and @Hammie: if you include this lot in your respective versions of NH, please delete "PROGRAM\Storyline\JackSparrow\dialogs\Joseph Claude Le Moigne_dialog.c" and "PROGRAM\Storyline\dialogs\JackSparrow\dialogs\ENGLISH\Joseph Claude Le Moigne_dialog.h", along with other translations of the latter.
