Fixed Can't assign non-contributing perks with requirements

What does it mean when you want to add perks to an officer in their non contributing section and you can not? I mean the officer has plenty of perky points but the right hand numbers are all white so the perks can not be enabled.

I made those number white so it shows they wont contribute. You can actually click it and assign them (as far as I know). But they wont contribute anything to the ship.
 
I tried that and they do not work at all. :shrug I have one officer with lots of perky points and no where to put them.
 
I have installed your first update from this morning but not that one.

Try to get Pinzon to take the club hauling perk. I want to make a good sailor out of him.

the perk is still locked so there's your problem :p. you do need to unlock it first
 
Oops! That is my alleged memory in action. What about the next two perks? I forget their names but they should be there but are not.
