Fixed Can't scroll in quest overview

The quest overview can get pretty full nowadays with all the sidequests enabled everywhere. I noticed I wasn't able to scroll down in the overview of all finished quests etc.
I think this should be able.

If I recall, the up down arrow keys do work.

There has always been a problem. You sometimes can't scroll down at first. Click on any of the quests which is currently visible, exit it, then you can scroll down. It's only significant if you need to review the final entry in a quest which has completed because currently active quests are all at the top. Even in the original game I had to do this in order to check on one of the main storyline quests which completes after Danielle tries to kill you at Raoul Rheims' house and then disappears; you need to find the now completed quest and check its final entry to find out where Danielle has gone and why you've decided to leave Silehard to go after her.

Think I got it to work better. Will upload the files later wanna play with it a bit more. I can't seem to get it completly to work .

What did you manage? Was I right that the arrow keys do work?
If so, the only issue is that the slider is being difficult.

I believe the arrow keys are always working now. The scrollbar does when you click somewhere on the bar. But the buttons at the top and bottom still don't do a thing.
Do you know any interface where they do actually work?
