Can't take Sao Jorge

You can destroy the fort, get inot the fort but after you kill the soldier guarding the town gate, you can't through the gate into the town. I also found this to be the case in Spreightstown. I have been able to take Martinique and Guadaplupe.

If so I thought that all stock towns could be taken but Oxbay (Spielghstown) and Greenford (Bridgetown)

It is Concieco and I thought they could all be taken to but this one can't. I will check the others.
