Unconfirmed Bug Can't talk to Morgan

Another bug in that Henry Morgan quest in Assassins storyline. The quest works fine now thanks to Levis but after the quest he'll apprear in the Port Royale main square to be hired but I can't talk to him. I remembered I've got this same problem in the Bartolomeu storyline but I have no idea why I can't talk to him. I've uploaded a save so you can see for yourself. I hope someone can take a look on this soon.
