Okay... Now that you have figured this out, I suppose I *could* provide it if I can find the file. I ONLY got this game about a week ago myself, have it installed and ran about the first town for a few minutes, then ransacked the audio files looking for a good soundbyte for "Estrella Disguised" for my Fred Bob quest... There ya have it. It's in pieces, because that is how Akella made things for Sea Dogs. They are in .tga format which you should be able read in any good graphics program.

Yeah, if you find a model/skin in PotC that you can paste these elements over, let us know. This guy looks neat and I'm always looking for more dashing/sinister characters.

Before I lost everything I had completed a Beltrop skin. I would recommend using the searcher model. Come to think of it, I think NK has all those Danielle Reskins and the Beltrop. Anyone heard from him as of late?

So I did a rough cut to see how well the skin fit over "searcher," and it's a swell match except for THAT STUPID COLLAR of his; I can't make it go away or make it "accept" my picture elements. It's a rogue model element... Any way to make it work, or to simply eliminate it? I mean, how's your progress, Vassal?

He loses the long hair, since the model isn't made for that; and notice the rings. I like to add little things like that... If I took a screenie of "talking" mode you might catch a glint of some gold teeth.

It took me quite a while to do make the Beltrop skin look right on the searcher model.

Some advice, Use the models collar as the white lapels. The texture for the lapels on the model is in between the two tails of the coat underneath the shirt.

The back of the searcher model does some odd stretching so you will probably spend most of your time getting the belt to lay properly. Don't get discouraged though, it can be done... it just takes a lot of trial and error.

Finally, if you replace the eyes of the searcher model with the eyes from one of the Spanish soldiers, redo the mouth, and add a good `pirate-like` amount of `five-oclock` shadow he'll look a lot like the old Sea Dogs version of old Desmond Ray.

I apologize if I'm sounding too preachy, its just that I spent a long time trying to get that guy in the game.
