Change Generic Crew's models? (1.6 beta)

Hi all!

History repeats itself, I asked this question years ago for POTC!

How can I change the models of the generic crew that are used in boarding and some land quests? (none officer)

I haven't had any luck with that, I tried editing the nations init but doesnt seem to affect anything.

You may need to start a new game for the change to do anything.
