City Capture

How can i capture any city???? Please need help. Sure i destroyed the fort, killed all guards, then entered to the governor then lotted every thing and leave but i couldn't capture it.

First i thing if you post like this everybody will love you!

You need to acquire the ability to capture cities by starting one of the many national quests, pick the Spain/Holland/France or Pirate Line ones if you want to capture cities and then keep them for yourself.
