Collision unarmed

Hello,

I write this new topic because I can not arm my crew during the collision. I understood the need to use the weapons locker to give Sword and Pistol. However, it never draws their gun and when one of my men fall. When I searched his body, there is that there were weapons in the locker but no powder or bullets while there was plenty in the locker. How to give them ammunition?

I think there's a bug of some kind with them using guns. However, they definitely do NOT require powder or shot; only the player and his officers actually require that.
