crew shares

can someone please tell me how I can tweak the crew shares for paying by articles so that my men's shares don't decrease over time. i wouldn't be paying my men less for being with me longer, If we're out longer and get more plunder, I'd expect them to get more money for it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

seriously I do want to modify this cause the whole idea of my men's share percentage actually decreasing over time kinda doesn't seem right. even though it;s just a game it kinda bugs me, makes me think of all the stupid tricks and clauses and fines and games and crap that bank of america plays to try to steal more money from the people.

I don't quite understand what you want, having never played the game in Divide the Plunder mode. I don't think I know how to change this anyway. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

no worries, it's not something overly important, just wanted to tweak it for my own personal preference and would be a good chance to practice modding learning how the code worked and all.

basically it apears to me that the longer yer out, the percentage of the loot that each crewman gets goes down. perhaps I'm not understanding the multiplyer percentage thingy that pops up in the log every midnight. it's not important anyways.
