Custom Sails

Pieters page has links to modding tools.

You'll need the tga.tx converter "ConverterTX.exe" to change the compressed files to tga files you can work on with your graphics program.

Okay now I'm lost at sea. I opened the file you said in the ConverterTX. First I tried to do so on the left side, but realized it was on the right. So what do I do. More importantly, how do I switch it back after I customize it? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />


Also, what program do I use to customize?

You can convert the .tga.tx files used by the game to and from .tga by using the TX Converter. You can edit .tga files with all sorts of picture edit software. The way you should do it: First convert an empty sail file from .tga.tx to .tga, then edit the .tga, then convert the file back.
