Do the taverns replenish the officers?

Do the tavern replenish the hired officers? Or there are only 3 officers in each tavern and that's all?

there will be new to hire if you hire all 3
if not whait a week.

Do you have to hire ALL the 3 officers for the replacements to appear?

save the game hire the 2 in the top, go out from tavern
dismiss them, walk into the tavern there should be 2 new
if its not what you like reload and try again, if you hire to many in the same tavern there will be no more to hire for
some time...!
