Downloaded Verruckt's Military Mod...where do I put it?

this mod kinda sounds like a small Pirates!Gold addon or something but there are no readme's attached and nowhere have I found where to put the files in the POTC folders..........can someone help me?

Verruct's military mod is for PotC... But I don't think it will work with B12... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

yeah....I've tried every link on every web site and they are all broken.....I would preferably play using build 12 but I cannot find any good links to download it.....so....I downloaded verruckt's military mod just to get that Sid Meier's Pirates quality added to the game......Please someone help me.....or am I just crazy?

Can I not use Verruckt's Mod on its own?
If not....someone please tell me where to find a good link to build 12.....I have looked literally everywhere!
