this happened to me where i found a ship that had green sails so nature i go to real time with it and the ship happens to be the ship from the lost logbook quest and i also get an update in my logbook about a drydock anyone else

I got this problem too once. It's a logbook update when you come across a ship from one of the "Captive Groom" or "Kidnapped Bride" quests. For some reason, the update appears in it's own separate logbook entry under the heading of "Dry Dock". Even if you've already upgraded you ship and the original "Dry Dock" quest is complete, this will be a completely new entry saying that you found the ship, but it doesn't get added to the normal "Dry Dock" logbook entry and it can't be gotten rid of even after you complete the quest and turn it in to the citizen who gave you the quest. It's not really a huge issue, but it is still a strange bug in the game none the less.
