The Dutch-line quest does not start in my game! Althougt I have an active Letter of marque and a hero reputaion, the general gov. does not respond to me and my character says he`ll return when he got the LoM? Whats wrong here?

Have you already done 1 questline for another nation?
 
If you bought it from the pirate settlements are you sure you bought LOM? 'Cause they sell both LOM and Trade licenses?
 
No, its the LOM I earned! I have no Mod concering the quest-files. only ships/stats or RPGutile pers. stats where changed...

Check in the hero's iteam's that the LOM is equiped which is done in the same way as equiping a pistal, sward etc. :onya

Maybe you talked to Jackman to go to Goodley?
You have to talk to Goodley and refuse to help Morgan.
 
LOM is active! The morgan quest is also messed up. I don't know what links that to the Dutch Quest but I was forced to join Morgan (sitting in jail), Morgan never occured in his residence so I could not start any mission for him!
