It IS possible. I've been experimenting for a while myself. This is what I posted yesterday at ATP (I have made a lot of progress since then): <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

<b>First breakthroughs</b>
I've extracted all the FPKs to a single folder and began rummaging through the files, so I don't know in which specific pak are the files I've used. I swapped the main character's model with Jack Rackham's. These were the files I used:
- jack_rackham.kfm (renamed to <i>pc.kfm</i>)
- jack_rackham.nif (renamed to <i>pc.nif</i>)
- rackham.dds (renamed to <i>player_character_body.dds</i>)
This were the results:

They're favourable, but the model only shows up in duels (one type of deck duels confirmed, the reaction in the rest are unknown), and only if you don't wear any kind of armour. In towns the model changes depending on your rank and the town's nationality. Modifications should be made to the default character's head in order to have uniformed bodies with Rackham's head.
There's another problem, too. As you can see in the picture, there are clipping issues in the character's leg ( the legs go through the coat), possibly caused by the default dueling stance. The clipping show up again when the duel is over and your enemy falls overboard (one of the legs goes through the coat again as the character leans to see where his foe fell).
Any help would be great. Opinions are also welcome. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
