French Occupation of Oxbay

I just noticed something about the French Oxbay Occupation.

For example:

You leave oxbay after a new game and sail to the shore of the French Colony. You talk to the govener and get a Letter of Marque (Spelt right I hope). And you advance with the French. You sail to oxbay for supplies (Oxbay still under French control) You head to the store sailing for france and get refused service because the french needs all the supplies. (Yet you sail for France)

Cant someone do a little edit and allow French Privateers to buy and sell at Oxbay when its under French Control? Not all of us do the Main Quest <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

Your still just a privateer, the French Navy are preparing for a major push on Redmond, as they said, they need the supplies.

in that case, the mod should be done. but, i don't think anyone knows how.
