Well after the patch it worked to tell me there was a conflict with the key I wanted but then after I changed another, then went back to change the original again. It won't recognize anything again. This is really sad........
Anyone know the .ini that has the key config in it?

If i'm not mistaken wich I might be as i've cut down my daily/weekly AOP time both to not get burnt out on the game and also in hopes that some patches/mods will surface fixing most of the problems and enable/add more features.Anywh I think you can edit the controls in the save folder, that way if you have different profiles you can only edit your profile and not someone elses.Anywho go into the save folder, then your profile's name subfolder, then the options folder(example,C:\Program Files\Playlogic\Uber Buggy AOP\SAVE\PiratesAhoyJunkie\options) and then open the "options" file,I think it either has no file type or is a .file so just back it up and open it with notepad/favourite text editor. There is some other places to fiddle with the control settings/scheme's if i'm not mistaken, but as I said i'm sorta taking a break waiting for a stable release/mod to be available so it can become the "standard default" for editing/modding,that and i'm tired of all the CTD and random errors/bugs.Anywho if this does'nt help or isn't the correct location just reply to this thread saying so and i'll poke around and see if I can't rediscover/remember the other places if infact there are any(my memory isn't something to rely on). <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

Edit:BTW thats for the the out of the box non super mod/1.42 patch so the new patch or one of the mods could have changed stuff making it different than mine, but in my case thats where the file is located.
Edit Again:
The actual .C file for the controls/keys is found in Program\controls,but the actual key defining and all that is in the init_pc.c file wich means if you make changes to the file and want them to take effect you have to start a new game.
