Getting uniforms/equipment for the crew?

Is there any way that I can make my regular crewmen wear certain outfits? Like military uniforms or whatever. Also is there any mod planned that would allow me to get better weapons and equipment for my crew?

Build 11 has tailor shops where you can buy, I believe, all of the outfits in the game for either your captain or your officers.

Build 11 also has weapons that are graded so you can find/buy higher quality weapons and give them to your crew.

I think he wants to change his crew, not his officers. It would be handy to be able to have them all in uniform or wearing something that separates them from the enemy when you are in the heat of a boarding battle.

I thought someone had found a way to do that, just recently. ?
 
I did post some modifications that CCC came up with, but for some reason I'm unable to find them and the search function isn't coming up with it <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":c" border="0" alt="mad.gif" />

This includes the change so that you and your crew start on one deck and the enemy are on the other and you have to rush over the the gangplank.

Perhaps these can be added to Build12 and made toggleable in BS.h ?
 
I use these, they are great! Now the only thing I want is to change all the uniforms for the sailors in 1st & 3rd person sailing mode.

I'll work on getting it into Build 12 - and this opens up the idea that you can make customized crew - I mean, if you can have "soldiers_eng" or "soldiers_fra" (i.e., a group), you CAN have a choice group for your own crew - perhaps all wearing a recognition symbol or something - so if your men all look like scruffy pirates and you're fighting scruffy pirates, you can tell if they're YOUR scruffy pirates or the enemy... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbs1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":2up" border="0" alt="thumbs1.gif" />
