The arms are still a problem but that could be because of the animations .an like you say . I can't recall if the male animations have that 'Hand on hip' sequence . Hate to loose that <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

I'll play around with it.
 
Hand on hips is a `woman-only` animation. (Though if we wanted sassy femme `man-pirates`, that'd be pretty funny.)

You'll give her clothes, right? I feel cold just looking at her. What'd she come from?

Alan, you mean you want to play as a monkey ? Not sure if that is possible. The monkey has it's own animation, so you'd at least have to set the main character's animation to that.

Sure, it can be done, Alan... Read my WIKI tutorial on adding a character to the tailor shops, and you can buy a "monkey suit" <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> for yourself or one of your officers! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="onya.gif" /> Only problem is, neither he nor his skeleton counterparts have a "talking head" model...
