Gov's daughter

i went into the Gov's place and his daughter was there, i talked it her and i could marry her and i tried and she said it was too soon but now she wont let me ask again so i loaded the game and shes not there...

when does she appear again and how long do you have to talk to her to get her to marry you?

You should continue working for the governor getting a higher reputation, talk to the governor every now and then, talk to her every now and then. The governor might also introduce you to some other nieces/daughters of his.

Different daughters and other relatives appear at different times. There are dialogue paths that lead to different types of relationships, but before you can marry you have to get to know each other.

It works with all the governors.

I think it works with any Governor where you are carrying a Letter of Marque and thus acquiring rank, no?

Aye, and AFAIK one has to have a certain minimum rank as well.
