I've just install the new ModPack + Small fix over a new POTC installation.
I've installed the new ModPack (244MB) get from your web site.
I've found few bug:
1) Windrose is still wrong compared to the NSWE show in the arcipelago Map.
2) New Boarding deck is still black, I seen that Udeck1 and Udeck2 directory are on:
C:\giochi\Pirates of the Caribbean\RESOURCE\Textures\lighting\day\decks
C:\giochi\Pirates of the Caribbean\RESOURCE\Textures\lighting\evening\decks
C:\giochi\Pirates of the Caribbean\RESOURCE\Textures\lighting\mn\decks
C:\giochi\Pirates of the Caribbean\RESOURCE\Textures\lighting\storm\decks
instead of

3) I think that new ship model show in MapMode are too small, I have to maximize the zoom factor to see a nice model, I would like if this feature will be setable in the next Build Pack.
4) I still have some crash during fight, the last two case shows the same message in the compile.log:

After the last crash I disabled the DISARM_MODE (set to 0), why in the BuildSettings.h this is under
// DO NOT TOUCH THESE, is there a know bug with this set? I hope no, I love this feature.
However, It's unbelivable the work you have done from the previous version of the ModPack, I think that from that buggy version you can't exit, instead you have successfully done.
