Okay, I've made a registry key or whatever so you people who have slow or no internet on your gaming machines can have Build 12 too.

Given that the installer sources have been recompiled, anyone using an "old" installer will be prompted to download the latest one to ensure they have access to the latest capabilites. In short, the previous versions of the installer <b>do not</b> work with the updated sources. This is entirely by design.

Hmmm, I tried running Build 12 update (I have the old B12 install) but it says I don't have it installed. Even though I actually do. I think it has something to do with the fact that I have two installations of POTC, one for Build and the other for A&M mod. If I run the registry thingy, would it work for me? Or should I just run the new setup and install Build 12 all over again?
