Help Turks quest initiation conditions

i'm having difficulties initiating yet another quest - this time it's 'turkshelp'.
i'm at lv10 and i can see PB standing by the bar in grand turks tavern, but the only thing he says to me is '...'.
what do i do to start the quest?

EDIT: nvm, i found the solution. the file "Pieter Boelen_dialog.c" checked whether the pchar level was higher than 10, rather than higher or equal to 10. changed, fixed, working <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

You need a level rank 11 not 10 to start this quest.
