What have you got installed? Just plain PotC or additional mods/Builds? If so: Which ones? Also: You can turn on the generating of error reports (with the PotCModHelper - only if you installed a Build). You will then receive an ERROR.log file in your main PotC directory (maybe there already is one generated for you), which might give you some indication as to what is wrong.

If the ModHelper doesn't work right, you can just open the engine.ini file in your POTC folder and find the line
tracefilesoff = 1
and change the 1 to 0.
Without doing that, and posting your error log, we'll have no way to know what's wrong.

Did what ya said Nathan and there came a file: error.txt opened it and there was written:
COMPILE ERROR - file: sea_aisea.c; line: 139
function LanguageCloseFile(args:0) doesnt accept 1 arguments
