** How i change the language ? ** (from russian to english)

well i´ve been reading that some of the guys here, had my actual problems too, and even when i read their problems -and solutions- i dident get it how to do it

my problem is that i have the game in russian and i want to "change" it into english, i dont have any idea how to make this change

do i have to download any patch or something to convert the dialogs?
i´ve read that I have to copy some folders too but first I have to install something right?
there are a lot of questins, sorry but i REALLY want to play this game, and its impossible in this languague/version

The only thing I can suggest is to install the Build mod.
There is a possibility that it won't work as some versions of the Russian game have got the PROGRAM folder of the game locked up to stop it from being modded.

If installing the Build doesn't work then you will have to purchase an English version of the game as there isn't any other way to easily translate the game.
