How many Barons are there

Ive hit Baron raymondo like 2 times already, taken his ship twice and sold it twice yet each time Baron raymondo appears with a brand new ship oh wait forget that its Baron raymondo again.

Wouldnt it have been better if it was a different Baron each time you had to get a map part for your sis?
